I was raised in foster care, moving between homes and never sure where I fit.
That kind of start makes you feel like you’ve got to earn your place in the world, and I carried that weight. By my teens, food had become my comfort. I was overweight, insecure, and disconnected from who I wanted to be.
At 15, I got rejected by a girl. It sounds small now, but at that moment it crushed me. Still, that rejection lit a fire. I cleaned up my eating, got into the gym, and lost weight.
For the first time I saw that discipline could rewrite my story.

I thought I had solved it but I just found a new trap
That first transformation, dropping 85 lbs. had launched me into personal training, bodybuilding, and nutrition coaching. I thought I’d found the ultimate answer in fitness.
But here’s what I didn’t see then... I had just traded one obsession for another.
Instead of food, my whole identity became the gym. I watched my clients fall into the same cycle. They had the plan, they said they wanted the results, but something deeper kept pulling them back.
The problem wasn’t the workouts or the food. The problem was the mind.

From Surface level to the subconscious
I got certified as a trainer through NASM.
Then I studied Precision Nutrition.
Then Training for Warriors.
But I realized most people don’t fail because of their workouts or their meal plans...
They fail because of their wiring.
So I went deeper — into how the mind and identity actually work.
I studied NLP, hypnosis, and timeline therapy.
I got my Bachelor’s in Performance Psychology.
Then a Master’s in Sociology — focused on how people are shaped by their environment, culture, and unconscious belief systems.
And what I found was this:

— Most people aren’t broken —
They’re just operating from a blueprint that doesn’t match who they really are anymore.

Today, I work with high performers:
Entrepreneurs. Authors, Athletes, Coaches, C-Suite Executives, and everyday Leaders who are outwardly successful, but inwardly tired of carrying the pressure, pretending they’re fine, or feeling like they’re always a step behind their potential.
